In a horrifying incident, a former employee of a tech company in Bengaluru allegedly murdered the company’s Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a sword. The incident occurred at the company’s office, leaving both victims dead at the scene.
The ex-employee, identified as Felix, had been terminated from the Aeronics Internet Company several months ago. According to police reports, Felix entered the office premises and launched a violent attack on the MD, Phanindra Subramanya, and the CEO, Vinu Kumar, wielding a sword. Tragically, both men succumbed to their injuries and died.
Aeronics Media Pvt Ltd, an internet company operating in Bengaluru’s Information Technology sector, was established in 2022. The motive behind the attack is currently under investigation, with early indications suggesting that Felix may have been upset about his termination from the company.
Felix, the assailant, remains at large, prompting an intensive manhunt by the police to locate and apprehend him. The victims were immediately rushed to the hospital, but their injuries proved fatal.
Authorities are now delving into the circumstances surrounding the crime, including the professional and personal relationship between Felix and the victims. Preliminary reports indicate that the suspect had left his job to start his own business, but harbored deep resentment towards Phanindra, who had publicly criticized his business practices. It is believed that this resentment may have played a role in the motive for the attack.

As the investigation continues, the Bengaluru police are working diligently to bring the perpetrator to justice. The incident serves as a stark reminder of the potential dangers that can arise in the workplace and highlights the importance of maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
