“Ram Mohan Naidu of TDP Sworn in as Youngest Minister in Modi 3.0 Cabinet”

Telugu Desam Party's Ram Mohan Naidu Becomes Youngest Minister in Modi 3.0 Cabinet

Telugu Desam Party (TDP) MP Ram Mohan Naidu Kinjarapu made history by taking the oath as Minister at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Sunday, becoming the youngest-ever Minister in Modi Cabinet 3.0. At just 36 years old, Ram Mohan Naidu, the son of senior TDP leader and former Union Minister Yerran Naidu, has broken records and continued a legacy within the NDA coalition.

Representing Andhra’s Srikakulam Lok Sabha constituency for three terms since 2014, Ram Mohan Naidu has demonstrated remarkable performance, earning recognition such as the Sansad Ratna Award in 2020 for his exceptional work as an MP. His elevation to the Union Cabinet signifies not just personal achievement but also a significant milestone for the TDP, bringing renewed attention to the party’s vision and priorities.

Speaking on the occasion, Ram Mohan Naidu emphasized the TDP’s commitment to preserving Muslim quota reservation in Andhra Pradesh, aligning with the party’s poll promises and core values. He expressed gratitude for the opportunity and underscored the strong relationship between the TDP and BJP, emphasizing the collaborative approach in decision-making.

The TDP’s inclusion in the Union Cabinet with two berths, one as a Cabinet Minister and another as Minister of State, reflects a strategic alignment within the NDA, aiming to address regional development goals and welfare initiatives for the Telugu-speaking population across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
