Hyderabad, India — October 2025:
In India’s fast-changing logistics landscape, a new player is preparing to make a lasting mark — CarriBiz, a delivery platform that puts fairness, technology, and people at the forefront of its mission.
Created by three engineering students from St. Peter’s Engineering College — Jai Shankar, Raghu Sai, and the Founder of CarriBiz — the startup is set to launch in November 2025, promising to bring a partner-first approach to the country’s delivery ecosystem.
CarriBiz isn’t just about speed or convenience — it’s about giving delivery partners the power to grow, earn better, and work with dignity.
The Story Behind CarriBiz
The journey of CarriBiz began in 2024 with a single realization — while India’s logistics sector is booming, its most crucial contributors, the delivery partners, often struggle with unpredictable income and limited recognition.
To truly understand these challenges, the CarriBiz team spent nearly a year riding alongside delivery partners across different cities. They listened, learned, and lived the daily experiences of those who keep the delivery economy running.
“We didn’t want to build from a boardroom,” shared the Founder of CarriBiz.
“We wanted to experience every struggle firsthand — to understand what a delivery partner faces before sunrise and after sunset.”
These experiences shaped the foundation of CarriBiz — a brand that focuses on people as much as on performance.
The CarriBiz Model: Fairness Meets Flexibility
At the heart of CarriBiz lies its groundbreaking “Earn Now, Pay Later” model — a first-of-its-kind concept in India’s logistics space.
The model allows delivery partners to start earning instantly, while handling platform costs at a later stage, giving them much-needed breathing space and control over their finances.
With a booking-based delivery system, CarriBiz ensures partners spend less time waiting and more time earning. The system uses smart matching to connect partners and customers efficiently — saving time, fuel, and frustration.
“Our goal is simple,” the Founder explained.
“We want every delivery partner to feel supported, respected, and rewarded for every kilometer they ride.”
The Vision: Building a Community of Growth
CarriBiz believes that the future of logistics lies not just in technology, but in community.
“A platform can only be successful when the people behind it feel valued,” said the Founder.
“CarriBiz isn’t just a delivery service — it’s a support system for thousands of partners who move our world every day.”
The company’s approach blends innovation with empathy, ensuring that every delivery partner gets equal opportunity to earn and excel.
What’s Next for CarriBiz
CarriBiz is currently part of the NVIDIA Inception Program and is being incubated at the SPECIE Incubation Centre, under the support of St. Peter’s Engineering College.
With this strong technical and institutional backing, the CarriBiz team is preparing to officially launch in November 2025, bringing a new era of fairness and innovation to India’s on-demand delivery sector.
The founders envision a future where technology and human effort move hand in hand — where every delivery is more than just a job; it’s a step toward progress.Because when delivery partners grow, the logistics sector moves faster.
