A career in enterprise and federal healthcare technology

The Expert Evaluation Panel appreciated Mr. Thason’s professional experience with organizations such as CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, Freddie Mac, Hughes Systique and Indecomm Global Services, covering cloud computing, DevOps, enterprise architecture, AI engineering, automation and intelligent operations.

In particular, the panel focused on his contribution and leadership in the release management systems of the Federal Employee Program Operations Center (FEPOC), which supports federal healthcare technology programs for the benefit of federal employees and their families in the US. His work has been regarded as an illustration of how enterprise technology leadership may contribute to the reliability and continuity of systems of significance to society.
