“‘Maya Gang’ Leader: 18-Year-Old Accused in Murder of Amazon Manager Unveiled”

'Maya Gang' Behind Amazon Manager's Murder: 18-Year-Old Prime Suspect Unveiled

In a shocking revelation, an 18-year-old named Mohammad Sameer alias Maya has emerged as the prime accused in the midnight murder of Amazon manager Harpreet Gill. This young individual’s criminal history includes involvement in at least four murders during his time as a juvenile. The sinister operations of the “Maya Gang,” a terrorizing group of teenagers in Northeast Delhi, have come to light.

Maya’s Instagram profile, with over 2,000 followers, presents a seemingly typical teenager with a penchant for posing in flashy clothes and sporting long hair. However, delving into his Instagram highlights reveals a chilling reality. Reels show youngsters behind bars and Maya brandishing and firing guns. The group identifies itself as the “Maya Gang,” named after its leader.

Maya and his 18-year-old associate, Bilal Gani, have been arrested in connection with the murder of Harpreet Gill. While Gill tragically lost his life in the shooting, his uncle Govind, 32, is currently fighting for his life after sustaining gunshot wounds allegedly inflicted by Maya.

The incident stemmed from a road rage altercation. Harpreet and Govind were passing through a narrow lane on a bike when they encountered Maya, Gani, and their associates returning from a party on scooters. A dispute over right-of-way escalated into a fight that culminated in Maya shooting Harpreet and Govind.

The arrest of the accused was facilitated by footage from a nearby CCTV camera, which captured two individuals with their faces covered on a scooter.

Maya’s criminal history includes multiple murders as a juvenile, while Gani, who recently turned 18, was involved in a murder and a robbery case last year. He had previously been sent to a Children’s Observation home but managed to evade confinement and find employment at a welding shop.

As police intensify efforts to apprehend the remaining accused, the investigation continues to uncover more about the activities and motives of the notorious “Maya Gang.”
