Taking prompt action, authorities from the TPR Circle swiftly located the involved autorickshaw and identified its driver, Shiva S/O Ganga Sagar R/O Loni Dehat, Ghaziabad. Following a thorough investigation, the driver faced legal consequences and was issued a challan (TMP 0452-2351/52-2023) for dangerous driving without a valid license, along with other violations as per the Motor Vehicles Act. The autorickshaw, central to the incident, has been impounded and secured in a designated lot.
