A red Lamborghini crashed into two pedestrians on a footpath near an under-construction complex in Noida’s Sector 94 on Sunday evening. The driver’s nonchalant response after the accident has sparked outrage, as captured in a viral video.
Incident Caught on Camera
A video of the incident shows the red sports car on the footpath, with construction workers wearing safety helmets and orange jackets rushing toward it. As they approach, one of the workers asks the driver, “Stunt zyada seekh liya ho?” (Have you learned too many stunts?), and then confronts him about the dangers of reckless driving.
In response, the driver casually asks, “Koi mar gaya hai idhar?” (Did anyone die here?), shocking onlookers with his lack of concern.
Driver in Custody, Workers Safe
According to Noida police, the two injured workers were immediately taken to a nearby hospital, where they were declared out of danger.
The Puducherry-registered Lamborghini also hit a tree, with its front facing the opposite direction of the road. The police have seized the luxury car and taken the driver into custody for questioning.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident and whether the driver was speeding or performing stunts. Further legal action will be determined based on the findings.
