    A massive traffic jam was reported at the Delhi-Ghazipur border on Monday after locals and family members of a murder victim staged a protest demanding strict action against the accused.

    The incident occurred near Phool Mandi on National Highway-24 in east Delhi, where a 32-year-old man, identified as Rohit, was shot dead. According to police, Rohit, a resident of Ghazipur village, sustained a gunshot wound and was immediately rushed to LBS Hospital, where doctors declared him dead.

    The murder took place in a busy locality, causing alarm among residents. Following the incident, family members of the deceased and local residents blocked roads near the Delhi-Ghazipur border, leading to severe traffic congestion. Commuters faced long delays as the protest continued for hours.

    Police sources confirmed that two suspects have been apprehended in connection with the murder. Further investigation into the case is underway, and officials are working to clear the traffic situation.

    The protests have once again raised concerns over law and order in the region, with residents demanding swift justice for the victim.
